Designed for Food Plant Sanitation Like all Weiland Doors, we consider or customers in the food processing industries with each design decision made. We create our doors to be corrosion resistant, durable, and attractive while working to mitigate voids and pooling surfaces. Our fiberglass sliding door is no exception to these principles of design. Our panels are free of voids. The fiberglass surface of the door is nominally 1/8’’ thick, while the edge of the door is nominally 1/2’’ thick. We have brushed stainless options for all door trim and casements. We mold the highest quality gel- coat into the fiberglass substrate. What makes our fiberglass panels a stand-out product is the seamless nature of our fiberglass. Thermal Advantage Using only a combination of polyurethane, structural foam, and polymer backing inside the core, we have achieved a door that boasts excellent thermal properties that outperforms many alternatives on the market without the use of volatile pultruded fiberglass, or the poor thermal properties of steel or aluminum found in other brands. R33 is typical for a 4’’ thick slider panel. Our panels seal tight against a neoprene bulb gasket that can be heated in freezer applications to keep them dry, warm, and pliable. Premium Hardware We lead with corrosion resistant options for our frame, trim and parts, including stainless steel where possible. When power options are required, our operator is NEMA4X, with a marine grade aluminum body and stainless steel shaft and sprockets. A value engineered standard trim and hardware option is available upon request. Designed for Food Plant SanitationLike all Weiland Doors, we consider or customers in the food processing industries with each design decision made.

We mold the highest quality gel-coat into the fiberglass substrate.
