The resort’s lobby will be transformed into a dream culinary event and you will be the guest of honor at this event hosted by General Manger Fernando Flores, Food &

Beverage, Isaac Novoa and the management team. The Resort at Pedregal’s Executive Chef Gustavo Pinet will draw inspiration from Mexico folklore to surprise and delight you with some traditional elements at this colorful and delicious celebration. Special participation from guest chefs include Juana Amaya Hernández from Mi Tierra Linda

in Oaxaca, and Jose Antonio Salinas from Balcón del Zócalo in Mexico City.

Our very own Head Bartender David Hernandez has partnered with Kevin Diedrich from Pacific Cocktail Heaven in San Francisco & Antonio Hernández CEO Owner of

Mezcal “Espíritu Lauro” to prepare traditional Mexican inspired cocktails and give this night the flavors we all love. We will also, have the special presence of Kimberli Rogers

from Silverado Vineyards.
