n Residential Camps have a specifically designed curriculum that is demanding yet enjoyable.
n Emphasizes individual development as a player, both technically and tactically.

n The camp offers a chance to swim at our university pool, videos, demonstrations, and a college recruiting night with our Illinois college coaches, as well as the other college coaches in attendance.
n Campers will be supervised at all times during the camp including in the dormitories.
n University of Illinois college players will serve as counselors during the week of camp and live on the dorm floors with the campers.
n Closing ceremonies and award presentations will be held at the conclusion of camp.
GIRLS CAMP OF EXCELLENCE
n Considered to be our elite level Residential Camp.n Exposure to college training atmosphere.n Ability to train and play at the Illinois Soccer Stadium.n Challenging environment for improvement as a player.n Full-sided games are featured each evening and the campers will
spend a demanding week in a total soccer environment. n Addresses all aspects of the game: technical, tactical, physical, and
psychological.n Campers have the opportunity to wear heart rate monitors and receive
printouts of their data.n Campers will be supervised at all times during the camp including in
the dormitories.
n University of Illinois college players will serve as counselors during the week of camp and live on the dorm floors with the campers.
n Closing ceremonies and award presentations will be held at the conclusion of camp.
CO-ED DAY CAMPS Camp 1: June 15-19 • Camp 2: July 13-17

n Instruction and teaching groups will be ability and age specific. n Demanding yet enjoyable and exciting curriculum.n Emphasis is placed on each camper’s individual technique, which will
be applied and practiced in small-sided game scenarios. n Both the beginner and seasoned players will be challenged to their
fullest. n Each camper will receive a Illinois Soccer t-shirt, ball, and a certificate
of participation. n Closing ceremonies and award presentations will be held at the
conclusion of camp.
Jr Camp of ExellenceFee: Resident $345 / Commuter $265
Minimum 15 campers/team
n The Team Camp is a great opportunity for you and your team to live, train, and compete in a demanding soccer environment.
n The camp curriculum will feature critical small group and team tactical training sessions.
n Functional training relative to the various thirds of the field will be emphasized.
n Each team’s curriculum can be specifically tailored to the needs of the team as specified by the team’s coach.
n Each team’s coach is encouraged to attend the camp free of charge with their team, and are asked to help serve in a supervisory capacity and be actively involved in their training.
n 11v11 games will be featured each evening.
n The Team Camp runs in conjunction with the Residential Camp. Campers will receive the same benefits as those in the Residential Camp. Each team should have a minimum of 15 players.
GOALKEEPER TRAININGn Goalkeeper training will be an important feature of the Fighting
Illini Soccer Camps.
n Goalkeepers will train separately from field players, with emphasis placed on technical, tactical, physical and mental aspects of this critical position.
n Goalkeeper Training is held at the same time as our other camps and the campers will receive the same exciting activities and benefits found in the Residential and Day Camps.

DISCOUNTS
DAY CAMPS: $25 discount available for groups of 10 or more. RESIDENTIAL CAMPS: Minimum of 15 players per team. See Team Camp Options on page one for more details. Please check TEAM discount on the application. A separate application for each camper is required. Applications must be mailed together.

ACCOMMODATIONS The campers will enjoy the spacious air-conditioned Florida Avenue Residence Hall, located on the corner of Lincoln and Florida Avenue across from the intramural fields.
PERSONAL NEEDS Campers should bring the following items: cleats, shin guards, sunscreen, and running shoes or sandals to wear at meal times. For resident camp, include toiletries, towel, swimsuit, and an extra blanket. Linens will be provided.

ATTENTION CAMPERSGeneral camp information along with a statement, a confirmation letter, a map with directions and a medical release form are mailed upon the enrollment. Please allow 5-7 days processing prior to the mailing of confirmation materials. If you prefer to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, please complete the credit card information required on the application or visit our website at www.fightingillini.com/camps. If you prefer to pay by check, please make checks payable to the ‘University of Illinois’ and write the participant’s FULL NAME on the check. Please mail the completed application form and FULL payment to the processing center, University of Illinois, Office of Sport Camps & Clinics, 1700 South Fourth, Champaign, IL 61820.
CANCELLATION/REFUND/NSF POLICY: ALL refund requests need to be submitted in writing using the ‘Refund Request Form’ found on the website or by calling the camps office (217-244-7278). Your camp cost, less a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee, is refunded without question if you cancel at least one week prior to the registration date. At any time after that date, refunds (less the $50 non-refundable fee) are made for medical reasons only and a signed statement from your physician must accompany the written request. If a cancellation request is not received by the last day of instruction, a refund is not issued. Campers who must leave during camp due to an illness or injury verified by our medical personnel will receive a refund (written request is necessary). Refunds are not given to campers who voluntarily leave camp or who are sent home for disciplinary reasons. REFUNDS, FOR ANY REASON, ARE NOT ISSUED AFTER AUGUST 31, 2015.
NSF Checks submitted to the office are subject to a $30 return check fee. This fee is assessed in addition to the face value of the check.
CAMPER DESCRIPTION: Commuter Camper is defined as a camper that is not staying in the residence hall. This camper participates in all camp activities. They must provide their own transportation to and from camp each day. Lunch is included in the commuter fee for those camps where meals are served. Additional meals included in the commuter cost vary from camp to camp. Passes for the remaining meals are available for purchase anytime at the front desk of the residence hall. Resident Camper is defined as a camper staying overnight for the duration of camp. All meals are included.
