Are there separatecomponents/processes of eachdecision?
How are thesecomponents/processes related?
Are there relationships between thedecisions? Use relevant
theories &models to explain these processes
&relationships
Here, critical means significant.
You are identifying the decisionsyou consider to be the ones
that
had the most impact.
In explaining them, you try to showhow various parts or
processesaffected each other; or explainperhaps that some
didnt.
In essence, you are showing thatyou understand the whole
picture.

strengths and weaknesses ofthe decisions.
Assess, orevaluate, the strengths
& weaknesses (or advantages &disadvantages) of each
decision
Explain your assessment in termsof the theories, models
andframeworks you have beenlearning about
Use the relevant theories & models

And because you do understand
the whole picture, you can assessthe strengths and weaknesses
aswell, if they are evident to you

Recommendwhat can be done toimprove the decision making thatyou
analysed from the case
You may refer to key points of youranalysis and discussion to
justifywhat could be done differently infuture, but only briefly;
(dont repeat
the discussion).
The explanation of yourrecommendations may includereference to
further theory & models
in order to recommend, mainly,how to address the weaknesses.
You might also want to recommend
actions that would continue toimprove aspects that are
alreadystrong or effective.
