The Ccmnission has adjourned hearing· today.
2. It will resume on Tuesday 5 August until Thursday 7 August; and on the following week Tuesday 12 August until Friday 15 August 1986 (all days inclusive).

Commission Hearings- Timetable
The Commission adjourned yesterday until Thursday 31 July, which has been set down as a return day for subpoenaed documents. After that, the next hearings will commence on Tuesday S August and 90 through until, probably, Friday 8 August.
2 . The hearing by the High Court of substantive issues raised by Mr Justice Murphy in his proceedings against the members of the Commission and the Attorney-General will take place on 6 and 7 August, in Canberra. Mr Robertson and Mrs Sharp will attend.

PARLIAMENTARY COMMISSION OF INQUIRY-APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER · Message from the House of Representatives: The following Message from the
House of Representatives was reported: MR PRESIDENT, Message No. 337
The House of Representatives acquaints the Senate of the following Resolution which was agreed to by the House of Representatives this day:
That, in accordance with section 4 of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry Act 1986-(a) the Honourable Sir George Hermann Lush, the Honourable Sir Richard
Arthur Blackburn and the Honourable William Andrew Wells be appointed members of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry, and
(b) The Honourable Sir George Hermann Lush be appointed the Presiding Member.

The Manager of Government Business (Senator Grimes), by leave, moved- That, in accordance with section 4 of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry Act /986-(a) the Honourable Sir George Hermann Lush, the Honourable Sir Richard
Arthur Blackburn and the Honourable William Andrew Wells be appointed members of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry, and
(b) The Honourable Sir George Hermann Lush be appointed the Presiding Member.
