In exercise of the powers vested in me vide rule 5 of the Goa, Daman and ~iu Village panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1967, I, B. M. Masurkar. the Director of Elections, hereby notify that the electoral roll of the Goa, Daman and Diu Legislative Assembly prepared under the provision of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 and for the time being in force on 1-10-1972 shall be divided into different sections corresponding to the different wards of a Panchayat as contemplated by sub-section (3) of section 7 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Village Panchayats Regulation, 1962.
