Music and Video file sizes can vary, depending on which program has been used to create them.
Generally a Music file in .mp3 format can be about 3 – 5 megabytes while a video file can range from several megabytes for a short video clip to more
than 4 Gigabytes for a full length feature film

Backing Up Data
Creating a back up is an essentialjob of saving and storing data on
an external storage device, outsideof your computer hard disk,
to safeguard against viruses,computer crashes etc..

How do I create a back up?
The easiest way to back up data is to copy the files you want to back up
and save them to a removable storage device such as a CD/DVD,
USB Flash drive or Tape.
