This is my final film poster, as you can see I was heavily influenced by many film posters mainly Snatch, Savages & 21 Jump Street. I mixed the typical codes & conventions to create my own film poster. As you can see I have positioned my credits at the bottom which is similar to 21Jump Street. I have more than one character on the front similar Snatch & the way my characters are positioned is similar to Savages. I’ve done this so the audience can be shown a preview of who is in the film. I have highlighted “blood” in red so it can be easily visible & catch the audiences attention . I have used the black background to make all the images and fonts stand out as many films posters tend to have a black background. Its crucial to add film ratings to ensure parents of what their child might be viewing & its all good add institutions which may be promoting the film as it makes more successful.

I have also added the film website where audiences may be able to purchase any merchandise or keep up to date with any film updates etc.

Also the reason why the film may be released in the summer is because everyone is on holiday & they are able to go to the cinema to view the film which may make it successful & we may raise profits and exceed our starting budget.

I have included the 3 main characters that are part of the film and I have the villain in the middle to make it more interesting, also it’s the binary opposition which shows a visual good vs evil.
