The Ayater Filter Cart provides a convenient portable mode of off-line filtration, flushing and fluid transfer. Useit with your in-plant machinery and hydraulic equipment to achieve and maintain proper ISO cleanliness levels.The Ayater pressure filters can provide coarse/fine particle removal or,install a water absorbing filter to obtain particulate and water removal.The suction filter is required to protect the pump. The powerful one horsepower motor won’t bog down and when coupled with a gear pump, it provides efficient fluid transfer and filtration. Convenient features include a rear mounted motor for better balance, a removable angled drip tray and clear braided hoses.

Air compressor filters

Oil filter 1. Lubricating oil cartridge filter is made by the thin fiberglass which Imported from HV Company Filtering solid particle, impurity and oil inferior substances in lubricant, to protect life of operation components.2. Filter fineness :10~15µm3. Oil filter element’s service life is approximately 2000h.

Air filter 1. air filter is made by the filter paper which Imported from Ahlstrom .2. Filter fineness ≤ 10µm, Filter efficiency: 98%.3. Air filter element’s service life is approximately 2000h.

Air oil separator 1. Air-oil separator is made by the thin fiberglass,which Imported from HV & Lydall Company, haze air-oil mixture incompressed air would be almost filtered completely when go through the filter element.2. Oil contained in compressed air is among 3~6PPm, haze air-oil granule in compressed air can be controlled below 0.1μm.3. The quality of lubricant and environment have great influence on filter element of air-oil separator, service life of air-oil separator filter element is range from 3500h to 5200h,4. Initial pressure differential ≤0.02Mpa.

Panel Air filtersA particulate panel air filter is a device composed of fibrous materials which removes solid particulates such as dust, pollen, mould, and bacteria from the air.

A chemical panel filter consists of an absorbent or catalyst for the removal of airborne molecular contaminants such as volatile organic compounds or ozone.Panel filters are used in applications where air quality is important, notably in building ventilation systems and in engines.Some buildings, as well as aircraft and other man-made environments (e.g., satellites and space shuttles) use foam, pleated paper, or spun fiberglass filter elements. Another method, air ionisers, use fibers or elements with a static electric charge, which attract dust particles. The air intakes of internal combustion engines and air compressors tend to use either paper, foam, or cotton filters. Oil bath filters have fallen out of favor. The technology of industrial panel filter of gas turbines has improved significantly in recent years, due to improvements in the aerodynamics and fluid dynamics of the air-compressor part of the gas turbines.

Dust Air filter cartridge

Air filter cartridge can filter dust in the compressed air. There are mainly four kinds of air filter cartridge: pleated filters, air intake filters, air filter bags（dust filter bag） and dust filter cartridge. Dust filtering of high efficiency, simple installation, convenient operation and maintenance, etc. Filter material is imports of American composite filament spinning polyester non-woven fabric production. Advantages of it are high filtration precision, good waterproof and oil proof performance, small resistance, large process air volume and good stiffness. It is not easy to deformity, washable with long service life.
