Research Objectives. To understand and compare the different stages of racquet

technology up to now.

To assess injury problems, which arose with the different material of racquet.

To investigate the preference of racquet in both elite and intermediate players.

To compare both wooden and titanium racquets by playing with both types.

What is it? Written Feature- 5000 Words, 5 Images.

Reason for choosing a written feature; there is quite a lot of information/ evidence needed to then be able to present the reader with recommendations of tennis racquets. I need to back up my recommendations.

Audience: Tennis enthusiasts and players from beginners to elite. Whole tennis audience as tennis can’t be played with out a racquet. This will push my article to be read by many.

Style of Article

Columns- simple and easy to follow.

Headings for different sections clearly marked out by bold type and different type face.

Colour of the article will be pleasing to the eye for both genders. Eg. Greys/ Green/Red/ Blue. Yellow could be introduced connecting the colour of a tennis ball. This needs to be played with once copy is written.

Type face for main copy will be clear and easy, nothing too fancy. Eg. Arial, Euphemia and Cambria.
