The error does not have a code to look it up in the manual, but there is a message pops up to notify the user. It says "there is a problem with the system or the hardware and it is unable to continuo." There are many solutions have been posted in Adobe website www.helpx.adobe.com to solve such error. However, these solutions did not work for some users, including me. When does the issue occur? This problem occurs in different times, some users says while running the product in the first time, after a successful installation, the error will occur. Others says that they were using the product normally, and out of the sudden the problem occurs. In addition, some users report in Adobe forum that the product was working fine, but after reinstalling the problem will occur. How can this problem impact Adobe products? People expect to have a functional product if they buy one. Having such an issue with the products will not meet the customers' expectations. The confidentiality of Adobe products might drop as well because they are not working properly. Furthermore, having less confident in the goods the company produce means the sells will decrease which will affect the company budget. Objectives: Improve the quality of Adobe products.

How can we solve a problem that we do not know what it is?A message pops up to notify the user that there is an error, but it does not tell what kind of errors it is, neither provide an error code. www.helpx.adobe.com posted a solution to this error referring to it by the message, which pops up, not by an error code. They said there might be a problem with the references, and they need to be reset. However, even after resetting the references, the message keeps popping up, and the error is not solved yet. Others suggested to reinstall the program, but the results were the same. Now, every adobe user will be thinking, Adobe has a problem with its products, but it does not know what it is, neither has a guaranteed solution to eliminate the error. How can we solve it then? What actions should Adobe Inc. take?If the company does not know what exactly the problem is, the first step will be to identify it. Conducting a research, and surveys will provide massive data about the problem and identifying it. After identifying the problem, Adobe should start to solve it, then send an update to Adobe users with including the steps they need to do in order to fix the error.Cost: Conducting such a research will be a little costly, but it will improve the products quality, and satisfy the customers. ConclusionSolving the error will improve Adobe products quality, and show that Adobe cares about its users which will attract more users to invest on its products.
