Final evaluation Overall I am happy with my pages for the college magazine. I feel that my front cover is professional looking and contains conventions of magazine such as the masthead, pull quotes and coverlines. In my plan for the magazine that I chose, plan 2, I changed certain thing as I was developing the cover such as I didn’t add a skyline at the top as I felt it was too crowded and there wasn’t enough room as I wanted to text bigger enough to read and to spread across the page but then the mast head covered the face which I didn’t want. I also didn’t add a slogan at the bottom as I couldn’t think of an appropriate line and I didn’t feel it was essential to have. If I was to do it again I think I would have added more articles to the page as I feel there’s not enough on there to entice a reader in. With my contents page I wasn’t as happy with it as I was with my cover page. I feel it look good but it doesn’t look as professional as I would of hoped it to be and the colour and simple and slightly dull. If I was to do it again I would change the colour to make it more eye-catching and to add more photos. Overall I have learnt that in the next task I should manage my time better as I felt rushed on the contents page and I could make it to the best of my abilities. I have also learnt to be more creative with indesign.

Final evaluation

Overall I am happy with my pages for the college magazine.
