Important examination information:

Note: A separate exam timetable will be published for exams being held on Saturdays, 02 and/or 09 May.

Refer to the Electronic Course Profiles (ECP) and Blackboard prior to the scheduled exam time to familiarise yourself with the requirements for the exam. Contact your

course coordinator with any questions regarding the format and materials required for your exam, to the course coordinator.

Preparing for your online exam/quiz You are strongly encouraged to familiarise yourself with information available on the Electronic Course Profile (ECP) and/or on the course Blackboard site. Contact your course coordinator directly with any questions.

Students sitting in locations outside of QLD Students sitting exams outside of QLD, please note that the start time listed for your examination is in your local time. For example if you are currently located in WA, the start time of your exam is listed in local WA time.

Changes to the Final Examination Timetable Should there be a need to make a change to the scheduled date, time or venue of any examination after release of the final timetable, students will be notified by an email to their student

email account.

Alternative Examination Arrangements Where direct timetable clashes and/or 3 exams in a single day were identified in the scheduling of the exams, alternative arrangements have already been made for you to sit the exam/s at

a different time. Therefore, your personal exam timetable may differ to the rest of your classmates.

Note: Alternative arrangements will NOT be made for students with exams in consecutive sessions, or two exams on the same day.

If you are requesting Alternative Examination Arrangements for -

a religious observance supported by an official letter from a religious authority;

exam adjustments approved by a Student Services Diversity, Disability & Inclusion Advisor;

Please complete the Request for Alternative Examination Arrangements form (available from my.UQ > https://my.uq.edu.au/information-and-services/manage-my-program/exams-and-

assessment/alternative-exam-arrangements) and forward by email to the Examinations Section at examinations@uq.edu.au no later than Wednesday, 01 April 2020.
