Shermeen Option 2
MHTN CCI v 10 / Option 1
3-story 43,362 sq.ft. Outpatient Medical facility with ample 1st to 2nd floor height to accommo-
date equipment requirements. The building utilizes shading on south, west and east facades, and
efficient window to wall ratios. Exterior walls are concrete masonry units (CMU) with veneer.
High-performance window assemblies and optimized daylighting. High-efficiency LED lighting, all
with dimming, when adequate daylight is present. 100% outside air HVAC system with heat re-
covery and chilled beams for perimeter offices and exam rooms. While considering co-generation
as possible energy source. 10,000 sf photovoltaic system.
