First Level DFD:-

Software Requirement Visual Studio 2012 or 2010 Microsoft Visual Studiois anintegrated development environment(IDE) fromMicrosoft. It is used to develop computer programsforMicrosoft Windows, as well asweb sites, web applicationsandweb services. Visual Studio uses Microsoft software development platforms such asWindows API,Windows Forms,Windows Presentation Foundation,Windows StoreandMicrosoft Silver light. It can produce bothnative codeand managed code.Visual Studio supports differentprogramming languagesand allows the code editor and debugger to support (to varying degrees) nearly any programming language, provided a language-specific service exists. Built-in languages includeC,[6]C++andC++/CLI(viaVisual C++),VB.NET(viaVisual Basic .NET),C#(viaVisual C#), andF# SQL Server 2008Microsoft SQL Serveris arelational database management systemdeveloped byMicrosoft. As a database, it is a software product whose primary function is to store and retrieve data as requested by other software applications, be it those on the same computer or those running on another computer across a network (including the Internet). There are at least a dozen different editions of Microsoft SQL Server aimed at different audiences and for workloads ranging from small single-machine applications to large Internet-facing applications with manyconcurrent users. Its primary query languagesareT-SQLandANSI SQL.

.Net framework 3.5 .NET Framework(pronounceddot net) is asoftware frameworkdeveloped byMicrosoftthat runs primarily on Microsoft Windows. It includes a largeclass libraryknown asFramework Class Library(FCL) and provides language interoperability(each language can use code written in other languages) across severalprogramming languages. Programs written for .NET Framework execute in asoftwareenvironment (as contrasted to hardwareenvironment), known asCommon Language Runtime(CLR), anapplication virtual machinethat provides services such as security, memory management, andexception handling. FCL and CLR together constitute .NET Framework.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS: Processor: Intel dual core or above Processor Speed:1.0GHZ or above RAM: 1 GB RAM or above Hard Disk: 20 GB hard disk or above

CONCLUSION:1. Security:-The security of subsystem supports the dividing users into several groups. Each group has its own set of rights for viewing or changing data.2. The highest reliability: - Data management system is based on transactions. Transactional system never allows your data to be lost or corrupted because of accidents Double Asking before changing: - User will be asked twice before the program deletes any your data.3. Simplicity:-The intuitive user interface allows you start to work with the program easily.
