Introduction

Study shows - “About 60% roadway collisions could be avoided if the operator of the vehicle was provided warning at least one-half second prior to a collision” (- US. Patent No. 5,613,039)

• The system will measure the distance covered between the instant, the brakes are applied till the vehicle stops, moving at variable speeds.

Application Levels

Vehicle-to-Vehicle(V2V) Communication can bring out the following achievements.

Ease traffic flow on the congested roads.Emergency Braking of a preceding vehicle.Reduces the accidents in case of emergency warnings delay.Will help in supporting large number of vehicles on the road.improve the work in the field of vehicle to vehicle communication.
