1 KLAUS MÖLLERProf. Dr. Klaus Möller is professor of Controlling/ Performance Management and director of the institute of accounting, control and auditing at the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland. He founded and serves as a director at the Hilti Lab for Integrated Performance Management and CENS – Controlling Excellence Network St.Gallen, a research initiative of multi-nationals with Audi, Bayer, Infineon and others. He is co-editor of „Controlling“, the leading management accoun-ting journal in German speaking countries, board member of the International Group of Controlling and was in 2016 awarded with the title “IMA Honorary Professor in Management Accounting” from the US-based Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). As founder, partner and board member he actively transfer his knowledge into practice.

2 THORSTEN SELLHORNProf. Dr. Thorsten Sellhorn, MBA, is Director of the Institute for Accounting, Auditing and Analysis at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich. Prior to this, he held the Endowed Chair of Accounting at the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Vallendar. He studied and conducted research at the universities of Bochum, Wisconsin-Madison, Arizona-Tucson, and at Harvard Business School. He has been designing and teaching executive education programs and done consulting work for major

international corporations and organizations for more than ten years, His research interests focus on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the role of accounting infor -mation in capital markets as well as accounting quality and earnings management. His research is published in leading international journals.

3 THORSTEN TRUIJENSDr. Thorsten Truijens is the academic director of the Finance and Controlling Certificate Program of the University of St.Gallen and managing partner at the consultancy firm Controlling Part- ner St.Gallen AG. As an expert in the field of value-based management, he advises renowned national and multinational companies. Thorsten Truijens is a winner of the Best Teacher Award of the Full-Time MBA program at the University of St.Gallen and of the Omnium Global Executive MBA program of the Rotman School of Man- a gement at the University of Toronto.
