Financial Assistance Application Directions:
1. Applicant completes application

prior to registering for the program.
3. Application deadlines:
· To guarantee your application is considered, the financial
assistance application form must be submitted prior to the end of
early registration deadline for that specific program.
· Late applications will be considered on a first come, first serve
basis.
Financial Assistance Application Notes:
1. Financial assistance will be public record. The Administrator,
Treasurer, and Director of Coaching will have knowledge of
application information.
2. Financial assistance cannot be used for late fees.
3. Amount of financial assistance is based upon availability of
funds and need.
4. Families will be notified within two weeks of submitting the
application.
