COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Financial Management for Non-financial Managers Program is designed to provide non-financial managers with more advanced understanding, knowledge and skills in respect of financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, investment analysis and the basics of capital budge�ng. This will help par�cipants to understand the drivers of capitaldecision-making and project.
