Other –Acquisition of U-Note and Sale of M.T. Burn-

U-NOTE, a consolidated subsidiary of IGNIS beginning from October 2015 is a curation media with a business concept of “Making work fun and making every day cool”.

M.T. Burn, a business operating company for native ads for smartphones, was established In December 2013 in joint-cooperation with Freakout(50% shareholding by IGNIS) . In February 1, 2016, IGIS sold all of the its shares back to Freakout, and in Q2, forecasts to report 590 million yen of extraordinary income on a consolidated basis.
