Parochial FeesWhat has changed?

• Level of fees – now set for 2013 & 2014• Incumbents fee will be a DBF fee from 1 Jan 2013• Similar to assigned fees

• PCC fee – clarification of what is an “extra”• Extras must be a genuine choice• Things like heating, vergers, organist, choir, bells, service sheets• But not administration, lighting, building costs

• DBF policy on amount retired clergy are paid• 80% of DBF fee. We recommend PCC acts as our agent for this.
