Step 2: Go to the 2nd floor if the call # starts with a letter between A-L; 1st floor for M; and 4th floor for N-Z.

Step 3: Find the row of shelves that matches the letter and first set of numbers

Step 4: Find the shelf where the books match the letters, then numbers, then period and more numbers or next set of letters
