Along with this, the company has raised USD 170mn debt financing from ICICI Bank, Indusind Bank and Yes bank which would help it exit from the CDR (Corporate Debt Restructuring) . Spandana was referred to CDR in 2011 by its 37 lenders after it was severely impacted by the 2010 AP Crisis. The equity investment of USD 100mn came in from Kedara capital. Spandana now operates in 13 states across India, with almost 540 branches in various rural and semi-urban areas. Janalakshmi Financial Services has received the final approval from RBI to set up Small Finance Bank BSE has allowed broking and microfinance companies to get listed on its small and medium enterprise (SME) platform Microfinance Institutions Network “MFIN” has launched “MFIN Connect”, a mobile app which will help in educating microfinance clients in educating them about microfinance As per Global Impact Investing Network, India is projected to see impact investment worth up to USD 40 bn by 2025. MFI Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd. Along with this, the company has raised USD
