N�����:UNI reports wages diff erently than many other others schools. UNI Career Services has developed a unique partnership with Iowa Workforce Develop-ment that allows the University to see wages paid to UNI graduates within the industry for which they work.
The reason for a diff erence in reporti ng is that most schools use self-reported wage data (oft en less than 10% of the knowledge rate). Further, alumni who provide wage data oft en only report when they have high wages.
