Reading - This week, we read more fiction and informational texts on deserts! We also enjoyed learning about the first Thanksgiving and family traditions! Word Work - Decoding _ed words and distinguishing between /ed/, /d/, and /t/ sounds.Writing - This week, we wrote personal narrative books about something interesting or fun we have done. We also made First Thanksgiving Books and colored a book all about the Wampanoag people!Math - Gobble Math Centers! We have finished module 1 in Eureka Math! We took our end-of-module assessment on Friday. Woohoo!Religion - Religion this week concentrated on gratitude and giving thanks to God. We made a Thankful Tree and practiced gratitude in prayer.
