Poor home/environment condition/sanitation - presence of breeding sites of vectors of disease c. accident hazards - narrow stair without side rails SECOND LEVEL ASSESSMENT CUES/DATA FAMILY NURSING PROBLEMS According to Mrs Tamboan, Mr. Tamboan drinks alcohol for past time and sometimes he doesn’t have any food intake yet before drinking alcohol. There are flies and rodents in our house. We found out that their trash is near the kitchen table where there are many flies. As I observe the stair on their bed is too narrow an d no side rails which can lead to fall/ accidents on their children. CUES/DATA FAMILY NURSING PROBLEMS According to Mrs Tamboan, Mr. Tamboan
