In Somaliland, the Somaliland Organisation of the Judiciary Law has superseded this Law and the 1974 Law of the same title, but parts of this law relating to administrative actions which has not been covered by the Somaliland Constitution and the Judiciary Law are still applicable in Somaliland until new laws are issued.
