It’s time to sign up for Bible Memory. A sign-up table will be set up in Fellowship Hall for the month of October. Stop by during coffee hour to get more information on this wonderful program. Sunday, October 15 Fellowship Hall 9:15am What will life be like at First Pres when Cor Deo moves to a new location? What are we doing to make our campus more inviting as our neighborhood grows and changes? These and other questions about improvements and use of our facility over the next couple of years will be the topic of our next Town Hall Meeting. We hope that you can be there for this important conversation. We want to hear your thoughts and your questions.

7:00pm in Middleton Parlor to pray for revival. Meeting every other Sunday: Oct. 1, Oct. 15 and Oct. 29. Also, November (Nov. 2-4), leading up to the Solemn Assembly on Nov 4. We are encouraging people to sign up to pray for a one-hour time slot. You can pray wherever you are. We are looking for someone to help encourage adult discipleship at First Pres by overseeing our small group ministry, running our Alpha program, exploring ways to connect with the church neighborhood, and helping with programs that contribute to the outreach goals at First Pres. FOCUS ON MISSIONS: BARRY & JAN POTTER are in our area briefly. You are invited to an open house for them on OCTOBER 9th. It will be at 7 at the Kleefelds. Their address is: 4549 So. 10th St. Tacoma. The Potters spent many years ministering in Japan. Currently they live in Colorado where they host the guest house for their mission organization. It is Overseas Missionary Fellowship.
COMMUNICATION CARDS - Located in the pew pockets. We use Communication Cards as a way to take attendance, receive requests for Ministry info, prayer requests and changes in contact information. Please fill one out every Sunday, & drop into the offering plate as it goes by.

Financial Update Thank you for all your faithful giving. During the summer months we typically see lower giving due to light attendance with many people on vacations. This has not been the case this summer. We made it through the summer $5,500 above projected income. September income was again over our budget by $3,700.
