Now, therefore, we the MBC Executive Board do hereby Proclaim October 7th, 2012 a “Day of Prayer, and Humiliation before the Lord” (2 Chronicles 7:14-15) whereby Missouri Baptists are called upon to humble ourselves, and seek God’s face and pray for God’s providential will to be accomplished in the 2012 primary election.

Ladies Weekly Prayer GroupWe started back up our Ladies Prayer Group/Bible Study on Thursdays at 10:30. This year we will be having an important time of dedicated prayer to the Lord as well as time for Bible study. If you are interested in being a part of
this please contact Kristin Shultz or Amanda Carroll. Child care will be provided. We hope to see you there.
AWANA Dessert FellowshipOn October 3rd, parents whose children are in Awana are invited to a dessert fellowship. We will have a short program at 7 pm in the fellowship hall followed by desserts.

If you would like your 2012 Contribution Statement emailed to you, instead of being mailed, the church financial secretary, Dee Jeffries will need you to email her at [email protected] giving permission to email your statement, and to verify that she has your most recent email address in her computer. This needs to be done as soon as possible!
