All the candidate who have secured admission in First Year in our College through Centralise Admission Process
are hereby informed that they should take admission for the academic year 2021-22 by filling the online
admission form and pay their fees online as per the schedule given by Admission Regulating Authority and as per
the procedure given below :

II) The candidate Admitted to First Year Engineering to AISSMS College of Engineering Pune through
Centralized admission process (CAP) in the academic Year 2021-22 should follow the following steps for
confirmation of his/her Admission:-
Fill the College admission Form online through the link
Step I – http://aissmscoe.akronsystems.com/pONLINEADMISSIONNEW.aspx given on College
website – www.aissmscoe.com==> Admission==> Admission Form for F.E. and Direct S.E.
OR
The student can fill the Form at College and complete the admission procedure.
Step II- Uploaded the soft copy of documents as per the respective category of his/her Admission &
submit the application form.
Step III-The filled Form complete in all respect will be checked and confirm by College staff.
Step IV- After the form is confirmed by College the candidate will get the option of payment Gateway
for Payment of fees online. He can pay the fees online through Credit Card, Debit Card,
Internet Banking etc.
OR
He can pay the fees through Pay Order / Demand drawn in favour of “The Principal, AISSMS, COE,
Pune”
OR
He can pay the fees through RTGS / NEFT. The details of RTGS /NEFT are as given below :-

It is compulsory to submit the transaction details in the format available in Office for payment done
through RTGS/NEFT. If the candidate fails to submit the details then his/her fees will not get updated &
Fees receipt will not be generated.
Step V – The candidate should take the print of Admission form and attach the Photo copies of required
documents as per his/her Category of Admission.
Step VI- The candidate along with the admission form complete in all respect and two sets of
photocopy of original documents and all original documents should report to student section
office of the College for submission of documents, payment of fees and confirmation of
Admission on State Admission Cell Portal.
Step VII- The candidate should Collect following documents before leaving student section :-
1) Fees payment Receipt.
2) Original documents submission receipt.
3) Online Admission Confirmation letter.
The candidate should not leave the College if any of the above procedure is not confirmed by him.
The Candidate & Parents should strictly follow the schedule of reporting and confirmation of admission
as notified by Govt. of Maharashtra Common Entrance Cell. The College will not be responsible if the
candidate fail to report & confirm admission as per schedule & Procedure.
All students are instructed to scan all original documents before submitting to College. The documents will
not be provided for scanning & photocopy after it is submitted to College.
The students are also instructed to keep additional photocopy sets of all original documents for future
need, as College will not provide photocopy or allow students to “borrow” original documents for
photocopies, until the Government scrutiny process is completed.
For Reserve Category Students :
The Reserved Category Candidates who are not having Caste Validity Certificate will have to pay full fees as per
open category, as there Scholarship Form is not accepted by Samaj Kalyan Department due to non-submission of
Validity Certificate. The fees paid will be refunded to them after they submit their Caste Validity Certificate and
their Scholarship / Freeship Form is accepted by Samaj Kalyan Office.
The candidate are informed to check the Notice for filling scholarship / Freeship Form etc., displayed on Notice
Board and College website www.aissmscoe.com under “Scholarship Section” head.

Anti Ragging Rules & Procedures
(As per AICTE regulation on curbing the menace of Ragging in Higher Educational institutions 2009, hereinafter
called the “Regulations”)
What is Ragging? “Any Conduct whether by words spoken or written or by an act which has the effect of teasing, treating or handling with rudeness any other student, indulging in rowdy or undisciplined activities which causes or is likely to cause annoyance, hardship or psychological harm or to raise fear or apprehension thereof in a fresher or a junior student or asking the students to do any act or perform something which such student will not in the ordinary course and which has the effect of causing or generating a sense of shame or embarrassment so as to adversely affect the physique or psyche of a fresher or junior student.” Ragging is a Social Crime. As per above referred AICTE “Regulations”, Ragging is strictly prohibited in the
College Campus as well as outside the College Campus. All students are hereby informed not to indulge in any
kind of Ragging activity either directly or indirectly. A strict action as per AICTE “Regulations” will be taken.
(A) For Senior Student:
The senior student should note that they should not engage themselves in any kind of Ragging activity inside as
well as outside of College Campus. Strict action as per above” AICTE “Regulations” will be taken against them if
anybody is found indulging in Ragging activity.
(B) For all Students & Parents / Guardians:
All the students and their Parents/Guardians should carefully read and fully understand the provisions contained
in the said AICTE “Regulations” (Copy of the said “Regulations” is attached). All the students and their
Parents/Guardian should submit the enclosed Affidavits along with the Admission form at the time of Payment of
fees. The student who fails to submit the Affidavit will not be granted admission in the College. (Copy of Student
Affidavit and Parent/Guardian Affidavit is enclosed).
(C)Anti Ragging Committee and Anti Ragging Squad
The following Committee and Squad are formed at College level to effectively look into the ragging cases and to
monitor the activities’ of the students inside as well as outside the College Campus.

The students can contact the Committee Members at any time on the mobile numbers, if any incident of Ragging
is observed by them.
(D) For Fresher Student:
The fresher student can contact any of the Committee Member or the Principal at any time, if anybody tries to do
Ragging with them. The Fresher student should desist from doing anything against their will even if ordered by
the seniors. They should immediately contact the Office or any of the Anti Ragging Committee Member and report
the incident immediately. The College will take stringent action against the senior student involved in Ragging
.The fresher’s should not fear of any action and should not tolerate any kind of atrocities of seniors students.
The Fresher students can also contact the General Student Association (GSA) Committee members for
participation in various College level Technical, Cultural, Sports & other activities.
The Academic Calendar of the various Academic and other activities to be held in the College is enclosed.
