Add members that have not automatically been added via an action.

Remove the current term only if it was entered in error. Do not use this feature to end a term.

• Going forward, members will be automatically added upon acceptance if they are standing faculty and their department is foundational.

• Leave the projected end date empty if no renewal is required (tenured).

• Only the Provost’s Office can designate Grad Group Chairs or update their chair term dates.

Update a member’s projected or actual end date to indicate they are renewed or are leaving.

Renew all members that have projected end dates, in bulk.

Update the current term with an actual end date if they are leaving the group, or add a new term if they previously had a projected end date and have been renewed.

The new term’s start date will default to the day after the previous term’s projected end date.
