The tooth fairy is a fantasy figure of early childhood. The folklore says that when children lose one of theirbaby teeth, they should place it underneath their pillow and the tooth fairy will visit while they sleep, replacing the lost tooth with a small payment.

The tradition of leaving a tooth under a pillow for the tooth fairy to collect is practiced in various countries inEnglish-speaking countries.

In this lesson we have learnt about personal hygiene and personal care as wellas how to make an appointment for the dentist.

What else did you learn?Vocabular: we studied vocabulary related to personal care, pharmacy,

cleaning products, and dentist environment. Grammar: we studied how to suggest and give opinions, reflexive

verbs and pronouns. If we consider the language functions of this lesson, we studied the

way in which we can make appointments, and how to understand technicalvocabulary.

Pronunciation: we introduced the difference between /f/ and /v/sounds.
