Having attended many conferences myself over the years, the one thing that never changes is the energy, passion, and overall infectious enthusiasm that is so abundant in our industry. It’s a constant reminder to me about why we do what we do, why it’s such an awesome industry to work in, and exciting to be a part of.

Make the most of FitEx 2012 – attend the pre-conference events, network at the social events, take part in the master workshops, and above all continue to grow, learn and lead the industry!

Whether a low-carb regime is sustainable or even suitable for optimal health and weight control, and whether or not its application extends to enhancing sports performance remains to be seen.
