FITNESS CENTRE MOVEMENT ROOM
Join us daily for an invigorating workout program in our
Movement Room. We offe a variety of programs including Yoga,
Zumba, strength and sculpting and core cardio workouts.

The 10,000-square-foot Tocasierra Spa, Salon & Fitness Centre
boasts state-of-the-art Precor® equipment including cardio,
core & balance, and strength training equipment. Guests can
also utilize numerous fitness services and classes complete with
personal training. Spa packages and Happy Hours complete the
Tocasierra Spa experience.

We welcome all community members and friends to join the
Tocasierra Fitness Centre. To arrange a private tour and learn more

professionals. Personal training services include:
Exercise Prescription
90 minutes for $125
A private consultation and a personalized exercise program with
one of Tocasierra's fitness professionals. Designed for a person
who needs an exercise program or is looking to modify their
current program.
Private Personal Training
60 minutes for $75
This session is designed for an individual who is currently
working with a personal trainer and would like to continue their
workout while at Tocasierra fitness centre.
Semi-Private Personal Training
60 minutes for $115
All the attention and uniqueness of private personal training de-
signed for two people. Great for friends or couples looking to
work out together.
Private Group Fitness Class
60 minutes for $160
This is a unique opportunity for your group to receive personal
exercise instruction in any of the classes offered at our center.
Great for families and friends traveling together, as well as corpo-
rate outings or office parties.

Heat. Tocasierra Spa, Salon & Fitness Centre is
now offering spray tanning as part of our full-
service spa treatments. We use all natural
products to give you a lasting glow.
1st time spray - $35 (normally $45). Call for more details

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
• Youth 14-15 yrs. of age may use the facility with
adult supervision (18 yrs & older) and written permission of
a parent (in person)
• Youth 16-17 yrs. of age may use the facility with written
permission of a parent (in person)
• Children under 14 yrs. of age are not permitted in the
fitness centre
• Proof of age may be required

• Athletic attire required - no bare feet or sandals please.
To take full advantage of Fitness Centre, we recommend
advance reservations for all fitness services. Services are
subject to change and availability. We also ask that you arrive
five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. A four-hour
cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for any
service not taken. A lock is issued; however, please refrain from
bringing valuables into the fitness centre. Holiday and summer
hours may vary.
