Fruit and Vegetables help you have healthy gums, good eyesight etc, by providing Vitamins
A and C. They help your eyesight be shiny and
bright, they do your teeth and gums healthy. Fruit and vegetables provide you for vitamins and minerals. They are very important for your health. Insufficient vitamins and minerals cause many diseases.
Meat without fat is a healthy food. It helps you be strong and healthy. Many people eat fatless meat, because they know it gives much protein.
