Five Tool Plus is hosting the 1st Annual Charity Golf Tournament. All proceeds and donations directly

benefit S.E.A.T. (Sheriff’s Employee Assistance Team) – which is a San Bernardino County

Sheriff’s Department Organization that offers financial support to department members in crisis. Our Golf Tournament will be hosted at Yucaipa Valley Golf Club in Yucaipa on Saturday July 15, 2017. We

are in need of donation items and warmly welcome any and all sponsorships, monetary, item specific, or any

other donation for this event. All donations will be used in a raffle or silent auction. Sponsorships will have

their name on the welcome banner and banners throughout the event. Sponsorship of individual holes are

also available. We greatly appreciate any and all donations. Ashley Furniture has already kindly donated 2 brand new recliners that will be on site that day! The lucky
