Presentation Specialized in the Seat field, especially for the sectors of aeronautics, railway, ARP (Area Receiving Public), aquatics,… F.L.C.I. SAS and M.C.D.I. S.A.R.L. « Maroc Croissance Développement Industries », produce every kind of seat garnishings, textile making of armchair covers, curtains, headrest veils, cut of fitted carpet, complete installation of seats as well as every kind of cleaning services in passengers cabins, cockpits, cinema rooms, amphitheatres and conference rooms...on the european and morrocan territories. Created in 2009, the two companies developed their know-‐how in the sectors of cut, confection, garnishing and cleaning for every kind of seat and coating. The company FLCI SAS and its subsidiary MCDI are complementary with their activities. That is why they are able to answer the full range of their customer's requirements. The 1st of July 2010, M.C.D.I. purchased the company COMPIN Marocco. Main organisation October 2011 => Etablishment of the FLCI industrial site in Brionne (27800 – France) (Presentation hereafter)

Human Resources The requirement of the group in the field of recruitment and training insure a high level of technical and organizational habilities, for the french and the maroccan Units, which are serving our different activities (Railway, Area Receiving Public, Aeronautics, Aquatics & Leisure, Military, Specific…). The global permanent manpower, is from 10 to 20 people in France depending on the activity flux. The global manpower in Morocco is today of 68 persons deployed on our production site in Kenitra and on our different service offices within the ONCF in Casablanca – maintenance center of Casa travellers or in Kenitra – ONCF Center depending on the markets and the running orders.
Quality The quality system is in accordance with the ISO 9001 (2008 version) and since November 2013 we are qualified ALSTOM Transport.
