Decouflé offers the market leading solution of two fully automated make/pack solutions for cigarette filter tubes with a high-quality output of either 4,500 to 7,200 or 10,000 tubes per minute (tpm), packed flexibly into boxes of 100, 200, 250 or 300. These extremely delicate products are handled by our machinery with utmost care. Hard links between the perfectly matching maker, buffering system and packer guarantee process stability.

High speed solution for 10,000 tpm:• TWiN-T maker: this double-rod tube maker is designed based on Decouflé’s

successful double-rod cigarette maker, characterized by outstanding precision• Buffering system: brief stops are bridged by an integrated RESY-DT which

has a buffer capacity of 60,000 tubes• HPD 10 packer: 6 tube downdrop modules gently fill the boxes in single

layers of 25 tubes each

Classic solution for 4,500 to 7,200 tpm, proven in third generation:• SH-3 maker: single-rod tube maker• Buffering system: brief stops are bridged by an integrated RESY-DT which

has a buffer capacity of 40,000 tubes• HPD 6000 packer: 4 tube downdrop modules gently fill the boxes in single

layers of 25 tubes each
