Flexigum is a non-toxic cold spray

emulsion of bitumen and latex, where the

bitumen is the sealant. The latex carries the

• The bitumen-latex emulsion together witha coagulating agent are sprayedsimultaneously through two nozzles in thespray gun onto the targeted surface.

• Coagulation is instant and a flexible,homogenous film is formed.

Application ProcessApplication Process

• Requires small crew –2 people can spray up to 1200 m2,(13,000 ft2) 4 mm thick layer in oneday.

Dual hoses are laid from thebitumen-latex emulsion as wellas from the coagulant.
