dates as far back as the 16th century. Csar Mellot
was appointed as Wine Advisor to Louis XIV in

and aged for 10 months before bottling.

sought after wine.

estate produces 3,500 cases of wine annually with
only a few hundred bottles of the Pofadder.

wines.
