The Precision FCBC is a MIL-grade SMPS based, power supply. It provides regulated 24 or 48 VDC supply for small to mid-sized telecom equipment racks with provision for simultaneous charging of batteries.

This Power Supply ensures uninterrupted operation of telecom equipment by error free switch over to batteries in case of AC mains failure. It operates in both 'Boost' and 'Float' mode of charging. Boost mode can charge batteries in short time while float mode provides top-up charging to enhance battery life while the equipment is energised.

nBattery Bank Charging.nUninterrupted DC Power supply to allied Telecommunication Equipment.

AC OperationnIn this mode, FCBC unit operates from AC mains and provides DC output to equipment. Simultaneously, it charges

the Battery bank in case battery bank is connected to FCBC.

Battery DC OperationnIn this mode, FCBC unit operates from DC (Battery bank) and provides DC output to equipment.

AC/DC Automatic SwitchovernFCBC gets automatically powered-up from DC battery input in case of mains failure. This is known as AC/DC

Automatic Changeover. As soon as AC Mains are restored, FCBC shall automatically power-up from AC Power source
