    DESCRIPTION

    The raised floor system to be installed shall provide a minimum

    finished floor height of 125mm up-to 800mm from the existing

    floor level. The system shall provide for suitable pedestal and

    understructure design to withstand various static loads and rolling

    loads subjected to it in an office / DCS / server / Panel etc., The

    panel should be laminated on the exposed side with Anti Static

    Laminate and PVC beading on all sides of the panel

    Construction

    These floor panels are based on a 600mm square module. The Tile

    steel shell comprises of top and bottom sheet that is wrapped

    around and laminated with HPL. Top and bottom plates are

    mechanical stitched and spot welded with64 hemisphere for

    greater strength. Tile cavity is filled with cement, epoxy, fly ash,

    slurry. Top of the tile is laminated with antistatic laminate and it

    is hot pressed . Edges are secured with PVC edge trims.
