• From the home page (Floridajobs.org) click on the tab on the right side of the page titled “UC Services”
• Under “UC Services” click on the third bullet which reads “Claim Weeks and File Work Search”

Applied Mathematics
Reading for Information
Locating Information
• Must complete all three skills
• May complete in any order
Instructions Per skill assessment
• Up to 15 questions per skill
• Up to 15 minutes per skill
• No time limit
• Time depends on jobseeker’s skill level
Lower skill = less timeHigher skill = more time
• To get started, click on any of the three skills
• The green check indicates a particular skill has been completed. An exclamation mark indicates the skill has NOT been completed.

Page 12: If the option to claim weeks is selected: The claimant will be routed to the Eligibility Review: Work Search Records
page. The claimant has the option to click the following:
•Add work search information
•Add information about Florida one stop visit
•Add information about out of state one stop visit
•I did not search for work
****Depending upon the response to the question on page 12, an additional page will populate and the claimant will
have the option to answer the questions accordingly ****
Page 13: Option to add Work Search Record
Page 14: Option to add information about Florida One-Stop visit
Page 15: Option to add information about Out-of-state One-stop visit
Page 16: Option to enter work search information as “I DID NOT search for work”
Page 17: Option to select “I am finished adding work search information”
Page 18: Verify mailing address (click submit)
Page 19: Verify telephone number and acknowledge statement (click submit)
Page 20: Answer question “During the week ending 00/00/0000 were you able to work and available for work if work had been
offered?” (click submit)
****Depending upon the response to the question on page 20 (if “no” is selected), an additional page will populate and
the claimant will have the option to answer the questions accordingly ****
Page 21: Answer question “During the week ending 00/00/0000 did you look for work as instructed by this agency?” (click
submit)
****Depending upon the response to the question on page 21 (if “no” is selected), an additional page will populate and
the claimant will have the option to answer the questions accordingly ****
Page 22: Answer questions “Did you refuse any offer of work or a referral to work?” and “Did you work during the week ending
00/00/0000?” (click submit)
****Depending upon the response to the question on page 22 (if “no” is selected), an additional page will populate and
the claimant will have the option to answer the questions accordingly ****
Page 23: Review and Certify answers are correct (click here to process week).
Page 24: Completion of certified week and reminder of subsequent date to claim
