In her younger yearsshe worked for the Rich-mondTelephone Companyand also at J.J. Newberry,but was most content as ahomemaker and caretakerfor her family and agingparents.Shewasamember

Louise was the oldestliving member of the FirstUnited Methodist Church.She retired from the Belkstore in Winchester whereshe enjoyed helping hercustomers and enjoyinggreat conversation. LouisewasanavidUKbasketballfanandlovedtowatchhergreat grandchildren playsoccer and baseball. Shewasveryactive,travelingtoCooperstown,NY,lastsum-merandPhoenix,AZ,dur-ing the Christmas holidaysto root them on in tourna-ments.Everyonefondlyre-ferredtoherasGrannyWittasshecapturedyouwithherkeensenseofhumorandin-fectioussmile.GrannyWittwas loved by many andgave us all extraordinaryloveandinfinitememories.
