Technical Features

1. Question Engine The question engine extends the default field types providing logic to support complex forms and workflows.

2. Business Rules Engine The business rules engine supports the workflow element of FlowForma by allowing users to control the forms actions, based on pre-defined business rules.

3. Forms Engine The flow designer is at the hub of the product and brings all the elements together in one common administration interface, allowing users to manage flows, steps, questions and related business rules centrally.

4. Digital Signature The ‘verify digital signature’ question type is used to verify the digital signatures added to a Microsoft Word document.

5. Activity Monitoring Activity monitoring can be performed at step or flow level to seamlessly identify what has been completed and whether or not it was done on schedule.

6. Connecting Forms Elements from one form can be linked to another form within the same or different SharePoint sites.

7. Systems Integration Engine FlowForma comes with a comprehensive software development kit (SDK) to allow software developers pass data in/out from 3rd party systems/web services (e.g. SAP/Oracle/SQL) or create custom business rules/questions type.
