Emerson helps assess and process non-functioning products through Instrument Assessment service for Rosemount™ pressure, temperature, level, and wireless products. This process can be labor intensive, but scrapping suspected products is negatively impacting your bottom line.
Emerson-certified technicians will perform maintenance on your instruments by:
• Collecting non-functioning products from your facility for no additional charge
• Assessing each instrument collected at your local Emerson Service Center
• Providing a recommendation and quote to repair or replace each instrument
• Delivering repaired instrumentation to your facility for no additional charge

Assessment Options and Solution Selection
Send non-functioning instruments to your local Emerson Service Center to be assessed or schedule a pick-up from your facility. Professional assessment and solution selection is made easy for the most cost-effective decision. Clean and calibrate, repair, replace, or upgrade. Each of these options includes a detailed report with testing results upon request.
*All Rosemount products maintained or repaired by Emerson service technicians receive a six-month warranty extension. If the device was purchased with an extended warranty, and you’ve purchased this service, then whichever warranty is longer will be in effect.
