If you dont know or dont care about your players consistency, just leave it as 20 :).If you have a player set as a poacher in your FM save, you dont want him to have a high defensive work rate. So even if he had 20 workrate you would want him to have a high attacking workrate and a low defensive workrate. The same goes for centre backs with 20 workrate, you wouldnt want them running up the pitch. So i thought that you could choose from a range of workrates which suit how you want your player to play :).If you have any ideas as to how i could improve this, please leave a comment.
