Bureau Codes can be added to a UNICOR order?! How?
Q: Do I need to mark each tag as received “RC”?
A: NO
Q: I received my tag shipment, why can’t I find them in FMVRS?
A: If your user ID is restricted to Bureau, you may not be able to see your orders in the FMVRS.
The UNICOR Order Maintenance tool allows you to update status and Bureau Codes for entire tag orders

Q: What is the Difference between Assign License Plate to VIN and Update Plate/VIN Association?

Assign License Plate
• When Vehicle has NO Federal Tag associated
Update License Plate
• Refreshed tag is ordered replacing existing tag with identical number
• Eliminates need to Disassociate existing tag
• Updates old tag to “PD” automatically
New Tag option on Vehicle Detail page is only for creating New “OLD style” tags and should not be used to Assign a Tag to a VIN.

A: For individual records, update in the detail page using the Office Code drop down list box.
Q: Why won’t my Vehicle Identification Card print?
A: There are three reasons….
A: All required information must be included in a vehicle record for an Identification Card to be generated.
•Attached Federal license plate with expiration date
•POC information including all mandatory fields
•Vehicle record details are required, ex: color or fuel type
