This is a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request to the National Endowment for Democracy. The FOIA is requesting documents about the National Democratic Institute's funding of the Tails (the amnesic incognito live system). Additionally, the FOIA requests information about a database of Belarusian opposition supporters which was created by the National Democratic Institute.
