From this basis, we produce high-quality food products, using traditional recipes and methods without the use of any chemical agents. This is possible thanks to the quality of all raw materials, born and reared in an uncontaminated environment. Some call it the past. We call it the present, and we live it every day throughout the year!

The joy of living comes from this gastronomical heritage, and with it, the desire to make people see food not only as a joy but also as a form of satisfaction and pleasure.

Our Customers are lead to searching raw materials and to make meal. An intimate and joyful environment will be the condition to be into food!

Cooking Experience

The method PRACTICAL WORK Is the best way to emerge oneself in an experience, we explain and demonstrate how it’s done, but it will be up to our guests to do the rest. FAMILIARITY WITH THE PRODUCTS. As all traditional recipes would want, we try to stimulate our guests’ SENSITIVITY towards roughly measuring ingredients, based on intuition and their own ability to understand the right proportions. And just like grandma used to do, we try to limit as much as possible the use of kitchen scales. All this takes place in a laid back and friendly atmosphere

Main activities

How It works ITALIAN AND UMBRIAN TRADITIONS. We use two types of recipes in our Food Experience: EXCLUSIVE and REPRODUCIBLE THE EXCLUSIVE RECIPES. The methods, ingredients and utensils used to make these dishes, means that they can only be prepared here with us. This is due to the strict relationship between the ecosystem and age-old techniques (such as the use of seasonal produce in the recipes and of the local herbs growing wild on our Estate).

THE RIPRODUCIBLE RECIPES. This is a selection of well-known dishes found on the MENU of Italian restaurants. Here we want to give our guests the opportunity to learn the simple steps necessary to reproduce these recipes

at home for friends and family. .

How It works Main activities

Both VEGETARIAN and MEAT-BASED menus are available, according to request. We use traditional peasant equipment and techniques, such as a stone, wood-burning oven or for long, SLOW cooking, earthenware saucepans.

FULL-DAY : we provide a transfer service to visit different historical, artistic treasures or the natural wonders of the national parks. Physical and Spiritual Wellbeing Everything revolves around your WELLBEING! We have created, on our Estate, the right environments, structures and organization in order to be able to enjoy these activities both indoors and outdoors. We take CARE of MIND, BODY and SOUL through Yoga, Meditation, Breathing exercises, Qi Gong and Reiki. Other treatments are also available in our fully-equipped Health Club.

This enables us to gather the best raw materials possible, ensuring the quality and flavour of the award winning and acclaimed traditional products, certified by the CE, that we manufacture here in our laboratories.

The unaltered ecosystem of the territory in which our Estate is located, allows us to enjoy activities, such as Truffle Hunting and wild herb and spice gathering, choosing the native plants that grow profusely in this area.
